Introduction Your quest will take you through the Food Guide Pyramid. As we have learned the Food Guide Pyramid is designed to show us that one size doesn't fit all. It is designed to show us how to assess our food choices based on the Dietary Guidelines for Americans. In class we learned that there are six basic food groups that we must eat from each day. They include: Grains, Vegetables, Fruits, Milk, Meat and Beans, and Oils. It will be your job to create a healthy menu for you and your family that follows the Food Guide Pyramid. If your up to the task and think you can do it then continue on.
